What are the delivery times?
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery to the United Kingdom then takes between 2 and 4 business days. Estimated total delivery time: 3 to 6 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
What is your Refund Policy?
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your mirror for a full refund or exchange, provided it is returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are covered by Allonya in all cases. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@allonya.com
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on all orders with no minimum spend required.
What if my mirror arrives damaged?
If your mirror arrives broken or damaged during transit, the replacement or return is 100% free of charge. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@allonya.com, attaching photographs of the damage.
